A strong solvent on the basis of nitric and orthophosphoric acids, with improved effectiveness, used mostly for the removal of significant boiler scale accumulations, of calcium, carbonate and silicate origin in closed water conduits, industrial cooling and heating installations, heat exchangers, JADs and water and sewage conduits. Ideal for removing organic residues in closed-circuit installations. The preparation dissolves organic and inorganic residues, and is very active at ambient temperature. Recommended only for cleaning stainless steel installations. It very effectively cleans chromium-nickel steel and gives it a good sheen. Do not use for zinc-plated elements, steel, brass, copper, aluminium! A fully biodegradable product.
Application
The dosage depends on the extent of scale or rust accumulations. In the case of significant accumulation, use in concentrations from 1:5 to 1:10. In the case of systematic rinsing of installations, concentrations from 1:10 to 1:30 can be used. Fill the installation to be cleaned with a prepared solution with the appropriate concentration and leave for 1 to 8 hours. The agent is most effective for dissolving scale and it penetrates installations when the solution circulates freely inside it, therefore using the preparation in forced circulation is also recommended. After cleaning, flush the emulsion out of the installation and rinse with water for about 15 minutes. When using the preparation, use rubber gloves. Use personal protection measures.
