Properties
A low-foaming, alkaline washing-degreasing preparation for removing greases, oils, sediments and other industrial contaminations. It is particularly recommended for automatic washing in pressure equipment and for washing stands with heated water (e.g. Karcher type), as well as for immersion washing. Ideal for washing industrial machines, equipment and installations (presses, machine tools, factory vehicles, industrial halls, power hydraulics etc.). This agent effectively dissolves and removes industrial fats, oils and greases, as well as other carbon and oil derivative fractions. It does not damage the surface and paint coating of machinery or other equipment. It contains a corrosion inhibitor which cleans and protects unpainted metal surfaces. It effectively cleans regular and stainless steel, aluminium, copper, brass and zinc-plated items. This agent is an effective replacement for common petroleum ether. Do not use for washing working electric equipment and car bodies. A fully biodegradable product.
Application
The dosage depends on the degree of surface contamination. For automatic washing in pressure equipment, use in concentrations from 1:100 to 1:500. In the case of systematic manual washing, use in concentrations from 1:20 to 1:50. When washing a surface for the first time, from 1:5 to 1:20. Washed and cleaned surfaces do not need to be flushed with water. During washing, use rubber gloves. Protect the eyes!
